We're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and fashion-forward Fashion Sales Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely loves women's fashion, enjoys building relationships with customers, and takes pride in creating a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Whether you're helping someone find the perfect outfit, introducing them to a new style, or keeping our sales floor looking its best, you'll play an important role in making our Fashion Department a destination for women's fashion in Saskatoon.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, friendly, and personalized shopping experience for every customer.
- Provide personalized styling advice by helping customers discover clothing, accessories, and outfits that complement their personal style, lifestyle, and body type.
- Build meaningful customer relationships by getting to know our customers, understanding their preferences, and encouraging repeat visits.
- Stay up to date with fashion trends, new arrivals, seasonal collections, and product knowledge to confidently assist customers.
- Maintain a beautiful and inviting sales floor through merchandising, organizing displays, replenishing inventory, and keeping the department clean and retail-ready.
- Process new merchandise by unpacking, tagging, steaming, organizing, and preparing products for the sales floor.
- Monitor inventory and restock merchandise to ensure products are accessible, properly displayed, and ready for customers to shop.
- Support daily retail operations, including assisting with purchases, returns, fitting rooms, and general customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales goals, maintain department standards, and create a positive team environment.
- Assist with promotional events, seasonal launches, and sales initiatives throughout the year.
- Contribute to social media content when needed, including showcasing new arrivals, styling outfits, and participating in fashion-focused content.

- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- A natural ability to connect with customers and make them feel comfortable and confident.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a busy retail environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team.
- Confidence in making styling recommendations and suggesting complementary pieces.
- Willingness to learn about new brands, products, and seasonal fashion trends.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Experience in fashion retail, personal styling, or visual merchandising is an asset but not required.

- Position: Full-Time Fashion Sales Associate
- Hours: Approximately 32–40 hours per week
- Schedule: Must have flexibility to work a combination of weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Location: IN-PERSON at Dutch Growers Saskatoon (1818 Central Avenue, Saskatoon SK)
